Terms of Service
These terms govern use of SCW Potato Launcher, operated by Dirtiest Potato Entertainment. Contact DirtiestPotato@gmail.com with questions. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.
Playing the game
You may use the game for personal entertainment. When accessing it through Discord, you must also comply with Discord's terms, community rules, and applicable minimum-age requirements. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Fair and lawful use
Do not use the game to break the law, harass others, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, or access systems or information without authorization. Do not falsify score submissions, impersonate other players, or automate abuse of the leaderboard. Shared scores use the standard gameplay settings. We may restrict access for abuse where our available tools allow it.
Records and practice points
This version provides single-player runs and a public shared leaderboard, with one ranked entry per saved player profile and each profile’s top ten shots. Completed runs are submitted automatically. Scores, settings, and practice points may be lost when storage is cleared, clients change, or software is updated. Practice points have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, and do not award real SCW community currency or prizes. Display names are self-selected, and the board is for casual play rather than verified competitive results. Separate devices may create separate profiles. Clearing device storage can remove access to a profile, while its published scores remain.
Artwork and ownership
Playing the game does not transfer ownership of its code, branding, artwork, music, or other content. Rights remain with their respective owners. Do not redistribute assets or represent the game as your own without the applicable permission. Send content-rights concerns to our contact email.
Availability
The game is provided as available. We may fix, change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, error-free gameplay, or recovery of lost local records. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Third-party platforms and privacy
Discord and hosting or media providers operate independently under their own terms. This game is not made or endorsed by Discord. Our Privacy Policy explains this version's storage and service connections.
